Shipping Policy
Little Plastic Fellas ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Shipping rate: Flat rate of $12.50 AUD per order, anywhere in Australia.
Processing time: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busy periods or convention weekends, this may take a little longer.
Delivery timeframes: Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, etc.): 2-5 business days
- Regional Victoria: 1-3 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5-10 business days
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
International shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.
Order issues: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@littleplasticfellas.com.au and we'll sort it out.
